Avascular necrosis

 

In Avascular necrosis there will be death of bone tissue which is caused due to lack of blood supply. Avascular necrosis may effect one leg or both the legs. Generally hip joints are affected, sometimes the shoulder, knee, hand may also get affected. Patient may experience pain which is mild to severe.

In VCC AYURVEDA, various therapies like abhyangam, elakizhi, basti, nasyam etc  are done which increases the blood circulation of the affected part. In early stages it is completely reversible.
